YES Bank has partnered with bot platform Gupshup to launch ‘YES mPower’ – an AI powered banking chat bot for its loan products.
Currently active on Facebook Messenger, YES mPower will help customers get information on loan products offered and offer instant loan eligibility. On YES mPOWER, customers can get information on loan products like Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Gold Loans and Loan Against Securities.
