Ecommerce portal Zovi has launched ‘Live’ feature that showcases real-time view of activity on the website – specifically, what items are being viewed, added to wishlist/checkout page etc.
An interesting way to surface content and “live” also gives a sense of ecommerce reach when you see places like
Koriya, Vapi etc. buying fashion products online (inline with earlier data we shared from Snapdeal:A Snapshot Of Snapdeal’s Product Business -40% Driven by Tier-II Cities ).
In terms of feature implementation, do you think a separate section/page is an ideal implementation? Or maybe, a collated view of viewers on a single product (i.e. ‘28 people are viewing this’) is more exciting?
