  • A blank desk or a whiteboard
  • Journals, diaries, calendars, or other personal data
  • People to work with – 2-3 close friends to help you focus

You’ve already mastered the deep work of your annual review. What’s left is a plan that helps you move towards your desired 2021 outcome.
