I don’t have dreams, I have goals.

I don’t have dreams, I have goals.
I don’t have dreams, I have goals.

When you have dreams, you instantly put these dreams, these actions, in another world. A world where you don’t live in and this creates something sad, but not too sad. Having dreams means tricking yourself. It means that you woud like to make them real but you are not strong enough to.

One life

We only got one life. One.

  • So, instinctively, we place our true goals, the things we are dreaming about, in a sort of bubble.
  • This bubble will always keep our dreams in front of us, we will see them as we see the horizon: Something beautiful but untouchable.

Conclusion

I am proud to say “I don’t have dreams, I have goals.”

And If…

If tomorrow was my last day, would I be happy, proud of my life, and would I have goals?

  • No. Because I want to live.
  • In front of death, I was true with myself. What I wanted to do in my life couldn’t be seen as dreams anymore. They must be goals.

Goals are real

Setting goals involves from us to be more precise with our decisions, with our direction and our decisions

  • We have to define a lot of characteristics that make them true
  • This is what goals are
  • They look achievable, they are, and they are
