As AI handles more data processing, the ability to discern quality, make nuanced choices, and understand underlying principles (taste and judgment) becomes paramount. Intuition, described as instantaneous judgment, is particularly valuable when direct feedback loops are absent, which is often the case for truly strategic, long-term decisions.

This intuition communicates through aesthetics, allowing for faster, parallel processing than purely logical reasoning.

The natural tendency is to solve problems by adding more, whether it's features, processes, or layers of management. However, this often leads to increased complexity, inefficiency, and a loss of original intent.

Real breakthroughs and sustained improvement come from the courage to remove unnecessary elements, simplify, and sometimes even 'refound' an entire system or organization.
