New changes in SEBI norms for startups to list on bourses

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has relaxed some of its earlier stated norms for companies to list on the stock exchanges. SEBI put the ITP (Institutional Trading Platform) for startups a year ago, but met with no response, and no startup or ecommerce company listed on the ITP so far.
