The new IT minister of Karnataka, Priyank Kharge, will soon announce a program meant to address the problems that startups come across. An integrated startup cell will provide all kinds of help to startups that register, be it legal, accounting, mentoring, and incubation centers where startups can develop their ideas as a proof of concept.
