Great Place to Work Institute has released their India survey report (top 50 companies) and incidentally, Google India tops the chart, followed by MakeMyTrip and Intel India.
Top 5 companies are

- NetApp India Pvt. Ltd.
- American Express. India
- Ernst & Young Global Services
- Intel Technology India Pvt Ltd.
- Intel Technology India Pvt Ltd.
- Intelenet Global Services
- Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd.
Interestingly, both Microsoft and Yahoo are missing from the list.
The survey was essentially a opt-in (i.e. companies need to nominate themselves) and sampling was done randomly – ratings were done on several parameters like committed employees, Product quality/Service delivery and Innovation.
