Amit Lodha, a Bihar IPS officer, is accused of entering into a contract with a production company and Netflix in order to profit financially from his position.
The department’s inquiry revealed that the claims of Lodha’s wrongdoing were accurate, and on this basis, the Special Vigilance Unit opened an investigation on December 7.
