Ozonetel gains Indian customers of Voicegain [Cloud Telephony]

On-demand Cloud Telephony services Ozonetel Systems and US based Resolvity, a Nadathur Holdings and Investments funded company have entered into a strategic partnership to address the Cloud Telephony market in India. kookoologo2011_thumb.pngvoicegain_thumb.gif

Post this partnership, Ozontel will take over the Indian customers of Resolvity’s Voicegain platform.

We found Ozonetel, with its strong technology platform and experience in the Indian market, to be a reliable company to forge this partnership.” said Arun Santhebennur, co-founder and CEO of Resolvity, Inc.

VoiceGain is a cloud telephony solution that allows Indian SME enterprises to store, manage and track telephone sales inquiries and leads. It allows sales inquiries to be routed real time to their field sales personnel on their mobile phone – anytime, anywhere. It also helps such organizations to offer customer support with a virtual call center technology infrastructure on a pay-per-use model.

Launched at UnPluggd, Kookoo, which earlier rebranded its cloud based PBX service, CPBX (which was launched in Nov, 2011) to BizPhone intercepts the call and routes it to the mobile phone of the employee at the selected extension and when an employee answers the calls, all the details get recorded in the system.
