After veg momos, India comes up with a new version of pizza

Imagine that your parents are allowing you to have a pizza, sounds rubbish. But the unimaginable is now a reality in Delhi, with the inception of healthy and tasty ‘Moong Dal Pizza’.
All thanks to Kapil Madan, the founder of this bizarre dish which has no relation with Italians; still considered as a pizza due to its shape- obviously. The delhites are drooling over moong dal pizza and Kapil’s creation has gained a lot of appreciation in a slender amount of time.

“Iske peeche modiji ka hath hai!”

Yes, Kapil confessed that our PM’s very own initiative ‘Make in India’ inspired him to create something fresh and distinct, which is the reason why his banner includes a Make in India logo. Kapil, a back-end operations employee at a bank started selling this incredible pizza in 2014.
Kapil operates his pizza stand after a long day of work at the bank. The pizza is delicately soaked and prepared, served with ‘heavenly’ Indian styled chutney which will give you some relationship goals; and you can have this mouth-watering and toothsome delicacy for a meagre 50 Rs!
Recipe of pizza- hard work
A resident of Ghaziabad, Kapil stays back after work to sell pizza till 9 p.m. selling an average 40 ‘moon dal pizza’ per day. He leaves his supplies and table at a small eatery overnight, but carries fresh batter when stocks finish. For the past three years, Kapil has been selling a unique product from a small table at the T-point of Kotla Road near ITO.
