While the company’s dirt-cheap 4G prices caused an explosion in the telecom industry, a post on Facebook, however, claims that Reliance’s Jio LYF Water 1 phone explodes, while in use.
According to the post, a user was reportedly browsing Facebook on the phone, when it exploded, injuring his hand.
There has been no response from Reliance about the incident.
Last week, there were reports of Samsung recalling its Galaxy Note 7 after reports began circulating of the device exploding while charging.
